ROBERT PRESKILL is a corporate, licensing and intellectual property attorney representing companies and professionals in media, technology and franchise. Robert has been involved in numerous transactions involving companies in traditional book publishing, new media, and music and film entertainment companies. Before starting a law practice in 2002, Robert ran a literary management group, and formerly worked for The McGraw-Hill Companies.
