Megan Jeanne joined TCLG in 2008.  She was admitted to the California State Bar and the Federal District Court bar for the Northern District of California in 2007.

During her time at TCLG she has worked with all sizes of companies from start-ups to public companies to everything in between.  Megan has worked with clients in all aspects of corporate law including securities sales and filings, labor and employment matters, asset purchases and sales, company formations, licensing, intellectual property matters including securing trademark registrations and various litiation matters and business disputes. Megan is also a Notary Public.

Megan graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2003 with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biological Sciences.  After graduating from Davis she attended Golden Gate University where she enrolled in both the School of Law and the Ageno School of Business.  While at Golden Gate she was part of the Honors Lawyering Program and interned for both a local employment law attorney and for a small architectural firm in Paris, France.  During law school Megan also earned a certificate specializing in the area of domestic business law. 

In her free time, Megan enjoys following creative endeavors and dreams about the places to which she will one day travel.
